Team building & management – You will develop a high-performing consulting team, support the professional and personal development of your colleagues, and take responsibility for the successful implementation of service projects.
Service Architecture & Integration – As a service architect, you design the technical architecture and manage system integrations, for example between Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow.
Networking of departments – You promote cross-departmental collaboration, especially with SAP and ServiceNow teams, and ensure coordinated, seamless processes.
Development of new consulting concepts – You develop innovative consulting ideas and evaluate feasibility approaches for future service projects.
