POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Engagement Lead / Account Manager, you will oversee the delivery and long-term success of Salesforce consulting engagements for your assigned accounts. This hybrid role combines elements of project management, delivery execution, and strategic account management. You will lead Salesforce implementations, drive adoption, nurture relationships, and support revenue growth through upsell, renewals, and referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Manage delivery across assigned active projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Lead regular check-ins and steering calls, maintain transparent communication, and escalate risks or blockers early to ensure project success.
  • Act as project manager, coordinating internal teams (onshore/offshore), own resource planning and task assignments, manage scope changes, and ensure proper billing and time tracking.
  • Support account planning by maintaining success plans, outcome roadmaps, and key metrics tied to adoption and ROI. Track and report weekly on hours consumed, delivery progress, and budget status. Ensure teams stay aligned on scope and proactively manage changes as business needs evolve.
  • Coordinate with Saasinct and customer teams to ensure clear responsibilities, efficient execution, and high-quality deliverables. Track team allocations and resource plans to ensure optimal performance and utilization. Monitor project performance at the account level, manage delivery financials, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
  • Support marketing and thought leadership by sending customer surveys and creating client success stories. Participate in upsell conversations, renewals, and post-implementation planning. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across accounts.
