REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer in a complex business environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, asynchronous code execution (Platform Events, Queueable Apex), and a deep understanding of Governor Limits and development best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Proven experience with programming languages beyond Apex, such as Node.js, Python, or Java/Kotlin.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and basic experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Basic experience with cloud services, specifically AWS Lambdas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including user management, profiles, roles, and security settings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience working within a FinTech or B2B SaaS organization.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Git, GitHub Actions, and Gearset.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs, Message Queuing (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL processes (Airflow), and AWS Lambda within a microservices environment.
  • Take ownership of data security and integrity, including managing role-based permissions, sharing rules, and data visibility settings.
  • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence by writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews.
