We’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer to help us deliver great customer outcomes. You’ll bring hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of how to extend platform capabilities using tools like Flow, Lightning, and (ideally) Apex. This role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment—particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Omnistudio within Financial Services Cloud—ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to best practices.
You’ll work closely with the Platform Manager, collaborating across business and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and promote effective use of the platform.
This role can be based in either London or Peterborough with hybrid working model.
Build & Deliver: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that solve business challenges and support Customer Operations and Product teams.
Develop & Guide: Choose the right approach—declarative or programmatic—to create custom capabilities using Lightning, Flow, and (optionally) Apex.
Document & Share: Maintain clear documentation and training materials to support long-term sustainability.
Secure & Manage: Handle access controls, ensure secure user management, and promote platform governance.
