Strengthen our SalesTech Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Salesforce Engineer (m/f/d) at our IU office locations or remotely (must reside in Germany or the UK).
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions, working on diverse projects such as custom Apex/Lightning development and API integrations. Reporting to the Salesforce Engineering Manager, you’ll use your Salesforce, programming, and database skills to deliver high-quality results in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement pragmatic Salesforce solutions, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient code, adhering to best practices and design patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
  • Customize Salesforce environments to fit unique business needs, leveraging custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes, including writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure the reliability of solutions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative design sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
