Description

WHO WE ARE

At Vandebron, we’re transforming the energy landscape, steering away from the conventional to champion sustainability. Born in 2014, our journey began with Chapter 1, disrupting the market with a transparent platform connecting consumers directly to local, green energy producers.
Now, in Chapter 2, we are dedicated to ensuring 100% green energy availability, 100% of the time. Think smart solutions: flexible use of wind and solar farms and efficient energy storage.
No waiting around, we actively shape a sustainable future. Good energy, smart solutions: that’s Vandebron.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be part of our Salesforce team within the Consumer domain. The team is responsible for the innovation and maintenance of our Sales and Service Clouds, which support communication with both our B2C and B2B customers.
Beyond enabling our Front Office and Back Office teams to interact with customers, the Salesforce team also manages and runs many customer-related business processes fully within Salesforce—using Apex and a custom-built Process Engine. On top of that, the team maintains several integrations with core systems such as ERP, backend services, and Marketing Cloud.
The broad scope of the work, combined with close collaboration across departments, makes this role highly dynamic. You’ll have the opportunity to bring in new ideas, experiment with tailored solutions, and continuously refine the way we work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design, implement, and refine solutions inside the Salesforce environment, using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Review and test your peers’ work through GitHub and our staging environment to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Propose and implement improvements to pipelines, refactor existing solutions, and help evolve how the team works.
  • Translate new business requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions.
  • Actively collaborate with other teams to design integrations and make technical decisions together.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and quality within the Salesforce team by sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
