Seize this opportunity and support our team at one of our locations (eg Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, etc.) or remotely within Germany as a Salesforce Engineering Manager (m/f/d).
As a Salesforce Engineering Manager (m/f/d) at IU, you will take on a hybrid role that combines strong leadership abilities with hands-on technical expertise in the Salesforce environment. You will lead a dedicated team of ten engineers and two administrators, guiding them through complex projects and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Service Technology, your responsibilities will encompass both the effective management of your team and active participation in Salesforce development projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our Salesforce solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.
This role is perfect for a seasoned Salesforce professional who is passionate about using technology to solve business challenges and who thrives in a leadership position. You will have direct reports and will be expected to contribute to development efforts at a Senior Engineer level, spending some of your time actively developing.
