Job Description14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain.
Experience with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Detail-oriented professional with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges.
Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industries.
Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
Provide domain expertise and strategic guidance on Salesforce 360 Platform solutions.
Work closely with clients to define and execute their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both short-term wins and long-term business objectives.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Teams, and Implementation Partners to define and deliver the proposed architecture.
Review and guide solution designs, infrastructure blueprints, and proactively identify potential risks and issues.
