Job Description We are currently looking Salesforce Enterprise Architect our Qatar operations. Required Qualifications • 12+ years enterprise IT experience • 5+ years in Enterprise or Senior Solution Architecture • Proven experience in multi-application enterprise ecosystems • Strong integration architecture experience • Experience in Azure cloud environments • Experience in ERP + CRM coexistence Preferred Certifications • TOGAF • Salesforce • Integration platform certifications • IT governance certifications Core Competencies • Strategic Thinking Ability to translate business strategy into technology architecture roadmap. • Governance Discipline Strong ability to establish standards and enforce compliance. • Technical Breadth Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, cloud, integration, and data ecosystems. • Executive Communication Ability to present architecture decisions at senior management level. • Political Intelligence Capable of influencing stakeholders without direct operational control. Role Purpose: The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and enforcing enterprise-wide technology architecture across applications, integrations, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems. This role establishes architectural standards, ensures crosssystem consistency, and prevents technology fragmentation across Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, Azure, BI platforms, and future middleware solutions. The Enterprise Architect holds mandatory architectural signoff authority for major initiatives and is accountable for ensuring that technology investments align with long-term enterprise strategy, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role is governance-focused with strong technical credibility, capable of reviewing and validating complex solution designs without operating as a day-to-day engineer. Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
