The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys mentoring teams while driving digital transformation initiatives. \n Accountabilities: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related platforms. Lead end-to-end architecture for complex business challenges and develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate design decisions. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical improvements. Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to both US-based and international project teams. Promote the adoption of reusable architecture assets to increase efficiency and consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Produce architectural blueprints and documentation to aid understanding of existing and new systems. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant, client-facing Salesforce experience in enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security. Experience with Mulesoft, AWS, or other integration platforms. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, or Autorabit. Certified Application Architect or System Architect. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Strong organizational, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
