Job Description
Enabling the commercial organisation to have optimal processes, tools and platforms to track, analyse and report on customer and sales force performance to enhance data driven strategic decisions.
An integral role in identifying and deploying solutions to efficiently & effectively optimize business operations through the introduction, improvement or development of programmes and systems that enhance customer’s insights at all levels.
Striving for excellence in commercial performance, by analysing sales data, identifying performance gaps, and implementing strategies to improve sales force efficiency, customer engagement, and overall sales productivity.
Consistently strive to improve the overall business performance through fostering and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
