Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 1-2 years specifically working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities and best practices.
  • Experience with user management, data management, and security settings in Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning components

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform declarative configuration of Salesforce FSC, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, Process Builders, and Flows.
  • Manage user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure data security and appropriate access levels.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.
  • Assist in data management activities, including data import, export, and cleansing.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce FSC users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Collaborate with development teams on new feature deployments and system enhancements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new FSC functionalities, recommending and implementing relevant improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
