Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 1-2 years specifically working on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud projects.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce DX, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with financial services industry processes and regulations.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Implement complex business logic and custom user interfaces tailored for Financial Services Cloud functionalities.
Integrate Salesforce FSC with external systems using various APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure high quality and performance.
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support deployment activities.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and Financial Services Cloud enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
