Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.
• Proven experience in a Solution Architect role, leading the design of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and especially Financial Services Cloud data models, features, and functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events, middleware solutions).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end Salesforce FSC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and Salesforce architectural principles.
• Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Define the data model, security model, integration strategy, and customization approach for FSC implementations.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and recommended solutions, particularly within the financial services domain.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the technical quality of the solution, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, performance, and scalability.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce FSC, staying abreast of new features, releases, and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide development teams on best practices for Salesforce development and FSC customization.
