JOB OVERVIEW

The Salesforce Functional Analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce CRM systems to align with business objectives. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged effectively to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and support strategic goals. The Analyst provides troubleshooting, business support, and resolution of issues within Salesforce.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually, W2, along with a comprehensive benefits package detailed in the “Benefits Offered” section of the job description. The salary wage offered within this range will be influenced by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. During the hiring process, your recruiter will provide more specific information about the salary range, considering these factors. Compensation and benefits remain in the Company’s sole discretion and may be modified at the Company’s absolute discretion, consistent with applicable law, until they are paid.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to design Salesforce solutions that align with organizational needs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to support patient management, care coordination, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides for healthcare staff.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with hospital policies, departmental procedures, and healthcare data security standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to support and achieve business objectives.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in Salesforce as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex development, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration tools and integration platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client projects and corporate responsibilities.
