About the Role As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll help shape and deliver solutions that improve healthcare experiences and outcomes for clinicians, care teams and patients. Working across product, clinical and technology teams, you'll translate complex healthcare and operational requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that support patient management, care coordination and service delivery. What You'll Be Doing * Leading discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities across clinical, operational and customer stakeholders * Designing future-state processes, workflows and Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that improve care delivery, operational efficiency and user experience * Collaborating with product, engineering and implementation teams to deliver practical, scalable and fit-for-purpose solutions * Supporting testing, release activities and continuous improvement initiatives to drive successful adoption and outcomes * Contributing to customer engagements, proposals and solution design discussions, helping shape innovative healthcare solutions About You * Proven success delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant * Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer 360 or healthcare-focused CRM platforms * Strong understanding of healthcare, aged care, community care, disability, digital health or other regulated environments * Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate complex business and clinical needs into practical solutions * Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across clinical, operational, product and technical teams About Us Flexibility isn't a perk - it's how we work!
