What You’ll Be Doing


As the Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing and optimising our salesforce platform, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across the globe to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will ensure the platform delivers maximum value across the organisation.


  • Gather requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting functional designs, and supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, including data mapping and solution design.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business units to ensure successful delivery.
  • Configure, customise, and manipulate Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sprint reviews, and the rollout of new features.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the Salesforce platform
  • Champion Salesforce best practices across the organisation.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues through to resolution.
  • Proactively identify and recommend enhancements, new features, and optimisation opportunities.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:


  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Salesforce Consultant, or Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce certifications (highly regarded).
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud implementations; integration experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, and process design.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
  • Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
