Description:
THE CLIENT NEEDS SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTS WHO CAN:
- Work with the business to understand the requirements and configure Salesforce accordingly.
- Focus on Salesforce workflows and ensure they align with the business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as MuleSoft, to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity with different APIs.
- Provide expertise in translating business language into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Be available for in-person meetings, preferably within Australia, to establish strong relationships with the clients.
- Have a good understanding of various Salesforce products and features to recommend the best solutions for different departments and programs.
A Salesforce Functional Consultant would ensure that Salesforce solutions are tailored to meet specific business needs, providing value by optimizing workflows, improving user experiences, and ensuring that Salesforce configurations align with organizational goals. Ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Cloud, PSS, and Experience Cloud and would focus on delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer service operations, improve stakeholder engagement, and leverage Salesforce’s capabilities for public sector needs. Strong stakeholder management and an ability to drive user adoption would be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conducting research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Journey Mapping: Designing service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize the service experience.
- Prototyping & Testing: Developing service prototypes and testing them to gather feedback and improve design.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, development, marketing) to ensure service alignment and delivery.
- Service Strategy: Defining and refining the service strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and user expectations.
- Implementation Support: Assisting with the implementation of service designs and ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterating and improving services based on user feedback and performance metrics.
