• Taking ownership of the technical delivery and support of the Salesforce platforms (CRM, Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud).
• Managing Salesforce data models, data acquisition, and data quality across integrated platforms.
• Partnering with the Platform Manager and Product Owner to develop and execute the platform roadmap.
• Leading vendor relationships and manage service providers for platform support and enhancements.
• Ensuring the security, scalability, and operational efficiency of the Salesforce environment.
• Driving continuous improvements, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Overseeing release management and ensure controlled, efficient platform updates.
• Providing quality customer service to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce solutions with associated applications
