YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant/Lead with proven success in complex, multi-phase implementations and CRM system development.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (OmniStudio) and familiarity with Industry Cloud solutions, complemented by knowledge of modern DevOps tools such as Flow, unit testing, and CI/CD.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with presentation experience, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in translating business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring optimal customer outcomes.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical outcomes.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, estimates, proof-of-concepts, and client presentations.
Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our public sector clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

You will play a key role in:

  • Designing and developing Salesforce solutions for high-profile clients.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and technical teams: Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate client needs into technical specifications.
  • Cultivating business relationships to generate opportunities with clients and across service lines.
  • Documenting current processes and pain points, designing future-state processes, and translating requirements into user stories.
  • Owning declarative solution delivery and contributing to architectural decisions.
  • Collaborating with business architects and analysts to define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Working with delivery teams to maintain functional alignment throughout sprints.
  • Supporting release management through system testing, environment management, user training, and UAT preparation.
