The Associate Director will serve as a subject matter expert and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations, managing client relationships, and leading a team of skilled Salesforce professionals. You will also work to grow the Salesforce Services practice through business development, team management, and project delivery.

· Provide strategic leadership for Salesforce Consulting Services, aligning with organizational goals and vision.
· Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering custom solutions.
· Collaborate with sales teams and contribute to the proposal process.
· Lead Pre-Sales by providing guidance, Salesforce expertise in leveraging Salesforce to the best of its capabilities to achieve customer’s business objectives.
· Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
· Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and technologies, ensuring our practice remains at the cutting edge.
· Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in all Salesforce projects.
· Collaborate with other practice leaders to integrate Salesforce solutions with other technologies and services.
· Work with practice leadership to develop Salesforce-specific training, business development training and collateral such as case-studies and quals, and engagement materials/templates.
