What you'll doConfigure and optimise Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including catalogues, pricing, promotions, search and checkout
Gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions
Improve end-to-end B2B/B2C eCommerce journeys
Support integrations across Salesforce, payments, ERP and order management
Drive platform improvements, automation and customer experience
Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Salesforce issues
What we're looking forStrong Salesforce functional/configuration experience
Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud – B2B and/or B2C
Strong eCommerce and digital customer journey knowledge
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, security and integrations
Revenue Cloud, Apex/SOQL knowledge and Salesforce certifications are advantageous
