Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique business needs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to effectively customize and deploy Salesforce solutions, that supports our referral tracking, intake workflow, and reporting needs. Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Salesforce solutions, including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with client: analyze their needs and provide strategic Salesforce recommendations. Customize Salesforce application: to fit client requirements, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces,.automation and pipelines. Support initial launch: basic team training on Salesforce best practices and usage to maximize the benefits of the implemented solution. User Setup & Security: Configure user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access and governance. Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and new features to continuously improve client solutions. Proficient in Salesforce and its various functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proven Salesforce implementation experience in Salesforce with strong hands-on configuration skills Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of business processes and project management principles. Excellent communication skills English & Spanish. at least at a level of C1, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build Salesforce workflows that reflect how our company operates. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
