Description We are hiring a Salesforce Implementer to join one of our key financial clients . This is a great opportunity to lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end within a dynamic and highly technological environment. Requirements Job Requirements: Salesforce Implementer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including relevant certifications. Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. System customization, including creation of custom objects, fields, pages, reports, and dashboards. Defining automated processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. Managing user access and permissions (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles). Collaboration with development and integration teams. Ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and training. Full documentation of implemented processes and solutions. Required Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy. Quick understanding of complex business processes. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
