About the Role We’re looking for a Salesforce Intern to support our team in managing and improving our CRM workflows. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on exposure to Salesforce and is keen to learn how CRM systems power real business use cases. You’ll work closely with the internal team to assist with configuration, automation, and day-to-day Salesforce operations. Key Responsibilities Support the team in maintaining and updating Salesforce CRM Assist in designing and improving workflows, automations, and reports Help with data management (data cleanup, validation, basic imports/exports) Troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues and support users as needed Document workflows and changes for internal reference Critical Skills & Requirements Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce (academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal projects) Understanding of CRM concepts and sales/service workflows Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, process builder, or flow (basic level) Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets + CRM data) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good to Have Salesforce Admin certification (or in progress) Exposure to other CRM tools Basic understanding of automation or business processes Prior internship or project experience in CRM systems What You’ll Gain Real-world experience working on live Salesforce environments Exposure to CRM best practices and business workflows Mentorship from experienced team members Opportunity to convert to a full-time role (if applicable)
