― Problem-solving abilities. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues and

― Analytical skills. Expertise in data modelling, debugging, and implementing salesforce solutions
that align with business needs.
― Communication skills. Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders and
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
― Knowledge of Salesforce tools. Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Lightning,
Visualforce pages, automation tools, and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

― Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)
― A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is essential,
with a master’s degree preferred for advanced roles
