Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead Administrator.
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Salesforce Administrator. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce platform, including automation development (Flows), data management (using Data Loader), and managing integrations to NetSuite using Celigo. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who can drive best practices, deliver technical solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and implement new solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows).
• Proficiency using Data Loader for bulk data import/export and data cleansing.
• Hands-on experience managing integration between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). Using middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato or Celigo).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (basic understanding). a plus

Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations. Anticipated Salary Range: $88,400 - $131, 450.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform across multiple business units enhancing system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and provide ongoing user support and training.
• Oversee data integrity, duplication, and migration efforts; ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Design, implement, and manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user roles/profiles.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce features (e.g., Lightning updates, AppExchange apps).
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems, particularly ERP platforms (NetSuite, using our middleware Celigo)
• Perform regular data maintenance and migration using Data Loader and other tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to implement solution requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Compliance & Security, ensure all Salesforce implementations adhere to security best practices, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies. (sharing rules, role hierarchy, field-level security).
• Technical Leadership, mentor and guide Salesforce Power Users and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Understand and display WLT’s values
• Other duties as assigned
