REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Lead on large-scale implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, middleware).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or related domains.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in distributed teams.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead / Architect to design, lead, and oversee Salesforce solutions that align with our client’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define solution roadmaps.
  • Oversee Salesforce integration with external applications and enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and Salesforce platform standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and development frameworks.
