SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with a strong background in Veeva Vault CRM to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform, with a focus on optimizing our Veeva Vault CRM environment to support our sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including significant expertise in Veeva Vault CRM customization and configuration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Veeva Vault CRM.
• Extensive experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
• Deep understanding of Veeva Vault CRM functionalities and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and API development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly preferred.
• Experience with the life sciences industry, and specifically within the CRM space is very highly desired.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Veeva Vault CRM certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Veeva Vault CRM Development & Customization:
• Lead the development and customization of Veeva Vault CRM to meet specific business requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Configure and optimize Veeva Vault CRM functionalities, including workflows, validation rules, and data models.
• Integrate Veeva Vault CRM with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
• Salesforce Platform Development:
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
• Veeva Vault CRM Expertise:
• Maintain a deep understanding of Veeva Vault CRM functionalities and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on Veeva Vault CRM updates and new features.
• Provide expert guidance on Veeva Vault CRM implementation and optimization.
