We’re seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Manager/Developer to lead the optimization of our Salesforce environment, build custom tools, integrate external systems, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred, not required with strong experience).
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in APEX, LWC, and Salesforce Reporting/Analytics.
  • Proven track record in EHR/EMR integration and healthcare-related systems.
  • Strong programming background (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Experience implementing AI-powered solutions within Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and API integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site part-time for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom APIs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and CRM-related issues quickly and effectively.
