Your tasks
- You manage demanding Salesforce projects from initiation to go-live and ensure an agile, value-oriented implementation.
- You form the central interface between specialist departments and IT. You moderate the exchange and ensure that the chosen solution is implemented within the given budget, on time and to the highest quality.
- You identify potential project risks early on and proactively develop solution strategies. You skillfully coordinate the various stakeholder interests and guide all participants towards a common goal, even in complex situations.
- You evaluate new requirements (change requests) in terms of their added value, prioritize them in the interest of project success, and adapt resource planning and milestones in an agile manner.
- Depending on your prior experience, you will deepen your expertise during the onboarding phase through certifications in Sales or Service Cloud or in other relevant Salesforce products.
- Depending on your interests, you have the option to take on additional responsibility in areas that suit you – be it internal process optimization or as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in managing software projects (ideally Salesforce solutions) in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to flexibly apply them to customer needs.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform as well as relevant certifications or a strong interest in acquiring the relevant skills.
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or engineering, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- A team player by conviction: You enjoy working on equal terms with your colleagues and create a motivating atmosphere in the project team.
- Strong communicator and moderator: You understand how to engage different stakeholders and act as a "translator" between the business department and IT.
- Strong customer and solution orientation, empathy and assertiveness
- Fluent German and very good English skills
