This role is a true building and shaping challenge: You won't just be managing an existing CRM landscape, but actively shaping how our global sales and service teams will work with Salesforce in the future. You will be responsible for the further development of the CRM landscape and will shape the strategic roadmap together with our business areas.

 

Your role in our team

  • They develop, coordinate and implement the global sales and service CRM strategy for the Körber Group across various organizations, divisions and countries.
  • You will take on hands-on project management in close collaboration with our internal business and IT CRM teams as well as external partners.
  • They assume end-to-end responsibility for CRM-related workstreams with a focus on sales and service within the Salesforce technology stack.
  • As Product Owner, you define the vision for the further development of our CRM landscape and coordinate the CRM roadmap together with the business areas.
  • They question existing business processes and continuously improve them. In doing so, they demonstrate how CRM can best support our sales and service teams – for example, in opportunity or case management.
  • They drive the global acceptance and use of CRM and support users in the successful implementation and use of new solutions.
  • They convey the added value of CRM within the organization and create understanding for new functionalities and ways of working.
  • They define and structure functional requirements, user stories and use cases, and ensure their clear translation into implementable solutions together with business and IT.
  • They work with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and in different countries, helping to bring together diverse requirements in a common global CRM roadmap.

 

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in the implementation of sales or service cloud projects, including at least one end-to-end implementation or major rollout for which you were personally responsible.
  • Experience in an international matrix environment or in IT or strategy consulting, as well as the ability to drive decisions forward even without disciplinary management responsibility.
  • Experience in a sales or service environment, ideally in strategic, operational or project-related roles.
  • Hands-on knowledge at the configuration level in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud – you can specify requirements, test solutions, and provide expert feedback on the work of administrators and implementation partners.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, or an active Trailhead learning path are advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze existing processes together with sales or service managers, identify potential for improvement, and derive suitable CRM solutions.
  • Confident demeanor and high credibility with business and IT stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
  • Strong initiative and a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
