Job Description The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of Careers marketing email campaigns in SalesForce Marketing Cloud. This role involves implementing and managing marketing technology, automating workflows, enhancing data accuracy, and improving reporting and analytics for all Careers Campaigns using SalesForce Marketing Cloud. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and are executed efficiently. Day to Day: Responsible for building SQL queries, HTML, and AMPScript for all new Careers campaigns in Marketing Cloud. Maintaining SQL queries and Data Extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for current campaigns to ensure data is correct for clients. Work on specialized projects and campaign optimization and enhancement to increase revenue and client retention. See examples of 2026 projects below to bring our campaigns to the next level. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Technology Management: o Administer and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). o Implement new tools and technologies to support marketing efforts, improve efficiency, and measure performance. o Conduct regular audits to ensure systems are configured correctly and working seamlessly across the marketing tech stack. 2. Data Management and Analytics: o Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data hygiene and segmentation. o Analyze campaign and marketing performance data to provide insights and recommendations. o Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, such as lead generation, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. o 2026 Project: Manage Advanced Reporting Intelligence in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to set up email analytics by career center 3. Process Optimization and Workflow Automation: o Design and optimize workflows for campaign management, lead nurturing, and other marketing processes. o Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. o Collaborate with marketing teams to implement best practices for campaign tracking, testing, and attribution. o 2026 Project: Work closely with Product and Customer Success to revamp the Monthly Marketing Email so approvals for clients aren’t sent out of Internal Admin and instead move the approval process into SalesCloud and the Email out of SalesForce Marketing Cloud. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments (e.g., sales, finance, product) to ensure alignment of objectives and resources. o Partner with sales operations to ensure seamless lead handoffs via automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, accurate reporting, and effective campaign-to-sales processes. o 2026 Project: Generate campaign journeys and content for Sales. 5. Client Communications and Retention o Work on improvements and enhancements to email campaigns as clients send it more advance requests for customizations within their marketing for their career center o Communicate with Customer Success new processes/email campaigns o 2026 Project: Implement Customized Subject Lines in Job Flash for Top Clients while keeping the campaign integrity that has been set up o 2026 Project: Content and Template Improvements, including Partner Branding alignment for Monthly Marketing Cloud Emails. o 2026 Project: Marketing Resource Center Improvement and Rebranding to provide partners with more ways they can independently market their career center to members. 6. Compliance and Governance: o Ensure all marketing operations comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). o Develop guidelines and governance for data use, permissions, and access. o Ongoing: Extract and remove hard and block bounces of all campaigns to remain data integrity in SFMC and SalesCloud --- Required Experiences and Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. · 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment. · Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g.,Informz, SFMC) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). · Basic to Working knowledge of SQL Queries and AMPScript. · Extensive knowledge of HTML/CSS. · Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and data visualization (e.g.,). · Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. · Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. #LI-AC1 #momentivesoftware --- About Us Momentive Software amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries, with over $11 billion raised and 55 million members served to date.
