REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, AMP script, and data modeling within SFMC.
  • Proven experience in building and automating reports and dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign analytics, and customer segmentation.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Consultant, Email Specialist).
  • Experience with external analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Write complex SQL queries and use Automation Studio to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Create custom reports using SFMC tools and integrate with external BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Provide training and documentation for internal teams on reporting best practices.
