Description

Take overall responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce projects and programmes
Lead project planning, governance, execution and delivery across the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle
Own and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and key delivery milestones
Manage senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted delivery partner throughout the programme
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce architects, functional consultants, business analysts, developers, QA teams, product owners and third-party suppliers
Establish and maintain robust programme governance, reporting and delivery frameworks
Lead steering committee meetings, executive status reviews and senior stakeholder discussions
Provide clear reporting on programme health, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials and overall delivery progress
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and delivery blockers, driving appropriate mitigation and escalation
Manage complex dependencies across multiple Salesforce workstreams and wider enterprise transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

Extensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, Programme Manager, Delivery Lead or similar senior delivery professional
Significant experience leading large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations and transformation programmes
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise implementation lifecycles
Proven ownership of Salesforce projects from discovery and mobilisation through design, build, testing, deployment and go-live
Demonstrable experience managing complex programmes involving multiple workstreams, teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
