Responsibilities

OUR OFFICES ARE CURRENTLY BASED IN ST PAULS, CITY OF LONDON – CLOSEST TUBE STATIONS BANK / ST PAULS BUT THIS ROLE WITH SUPPORT FLEXIBLE WORKING.

The Marketing Cloud Solutions Expert will drive the adoption and technical integration of Marketing Cloud at Paysafe. This strategic and hands-on role requires a proactive approach to enhance our digital marketing and comms capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technology leads and architects to assess the feasibility of initiatives.
  • Design solutions based on gathered requirements and your own expertise in Marketing Cloud, in collaboration with other technical experts
  • Write user stories with detailed requirements, ensuring they are ready for development
  • Implement Marketing Cloud solutions, including data modeling, configuration, journey building, and performing analysis and segmentation, while excluding day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the Marketing Cloud vision and roadmap.
  • Act as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, assisting partners in identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing complaints and issues, and providing effective solutions.
  • Guide more junior team members in Marketing Cloud
