We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (internally known as a Conversion System Technical Specialist) to lead the implementation, optimisation, and evolution of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that support future student engagement. In this key role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment workflows, ensure seamless system integrations, and bring technical expertise to every stage of the student journey. You’ll also play a critical role in analysing performance, identifying opportunities to boost conversion rates, and refining campaigns to deliver stronger results. If you’re ready to make an impact through innovative technology and smart process improvement, we want to hear from you.
Accountabilities:

  • Use the full suite of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio) to optimise enrolment conversion, user engagement, and overall ROI.
  • Take responsibility for the hands-on administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on evolving business requirements. This includes designing journeys, integrating data, and creating tailored flows that meet recruitment objectives.

Sales Conversion and Process Optimisation

  • Provide strategic recommendations on ways to improve productivity, balancing service levels with cost efficiency, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining best practices, process flows, and system configurations for future reference and training.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Recruitment, Marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with direct Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience essential
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Technical proficiency and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
