POSITION SUMMARY:

Friends Life Care is seeking a full-time Salesforce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize its Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data while supporting marketing initiatives through personalized campaigns, targeted audience segmentation, and performance analysis. The specialist collaborates closely with internal teams and external vendors to build efficient workflows and drive engagement aligned with the organization’s mission to serve aging adults with compassion and care.
This hybrid position includes a mix of remote work and up to three (3) days per week in the office on a hybrid team that has a passion for Quaker values and serving older adults in a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Mine, manage, and maintain the Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility. This includes data entry and updates, removing duplicates, creating campaigns and reports, and adding new fields and paths for efficiency and productivity.
  • Pull accurate mail files, suppression files, lead call lists, look-alike lists, etc.
  • Implement data imports, exports, and integration with third-party platforms/apps as needed.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, segment audiences, and develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools within Salesforce to streamline processes and personalize customer interactions.
  • Actively participate in designing, implementing, and managing journeys, automated marketing campaigns, and ad hoc sends for email and SMS, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
  • Set up triggered sends and audience journeys that reflect customer behavior and preferences.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred with studies in a related field, such as marketing, business, communications, public relations, etc.
  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud systems for an organization. Salesforce Certifications, Superbadges, and connection to the Trailblazer Community are big pluses.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
  • Excellent technology and computer skills, particularly with WordPress, Chatbot, Microsoft Business Suite, DocuSign, Zapier, Canva, Zoom, and other platforms, tools, and apps
  • Demonstrated knowledge of omnichannel marketing and its effective use for lead generation, nurturing, and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, team player, and proven ability to take initiative.
