• Architecture & Platform Design: You will be responsible for the conception, development, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This includes designing the technical architecture for innovative solutions, aligning the platform optimally with business requirements, and overseeing implementation from start to finish.
• Project Management & Control: You will manage Salesforce projects through all phases, taking responsibility for planning, management and controlling, and ensuring deadlines, quality and budget for the various Salesforce Clouds together with our Product Owners.
• Stakeholder management & reporting: You communicate with all stakeholders, provide expert advice to specialist departments, and create meaningful reports for management.
• Governance, Compliance & Standards: You establish, monitor and optimize governance structures for the Salesforce platform, ensure compliance with company-wide standards and regulatory requirements, develop best practices for secure and efficient use, and support audits and the continuous improvement of compliance processes.
• Knowledge management: You document project results, architectural decisions, and lessons learned to effectively support future projects.
