Description
Ideal qualifications: You have a degree in computer science, economics or business informatics or a comparable qualification and ideally bring at least five years of experience in the Salesforce environment, especially in architecture and development of platform solutions.
Certifications & Methodological Expertise: Ideally, you possess Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator) and apply agile and traditional methods confidently and appropriately to different situations.
Salesforce Expertise & Change Management: You have experience with complex Salesforce projects or a strong technical aptitude. Ideally, you have experience in managing digital transformations, creating transparency and acceptance, and ensuring the sustainable use of new solutions.
