Welcome to Love’s: We’re looking for a Salesforce Platform Supervisor to join our Salesforce Platform team. As a member of this team, you will lead and contribute to a high-performing group focused on architecture, design, release management, and support of Salesforce solutions. You will also champion the use of AI-driven tools and practices to enhance the team’s productivity and velocity.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Gearset, MuleSoft and Heroku preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in a technical team setting
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on listening, coaching, and team motivation
• Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience delivering applications on the Salesforce platform
• Able to enforce industry best practices and patterns
• Proficient with data models
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
• Additional hours may be necessary
