About the Role
As a Salesforce, Pricing & Business Analyst BeNeLux, you play a critical role in supporting our sales teams and leaders in both the Netherlands and Belgium. Your focus will be on driving CRM adoption (Salesforce), preparing actionable business analyses, and contributing to profitable pricing and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Salesforce adoption and ensure the CRM is effectively used by the sales teams
  • Provide business insights and data analyses to National Account Managers and Sales Leads to support profitable deals
  • Support the Commercial Excellence Director and collaborate closely with sales colleagues
  • Assist Sales and Sales Support with ePricing (eP) deals to optimize margin and volume
  • Analyze CRM dashboards to unlock commercial potential and help drive business growth and profitability

Your Profile

You also bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and high learning agility
  • A hands-on, action-oriented mindset
  • Affinity with Salesforce, eP, CMX, SAP and other IT systems
  • Digital savviness and willingness to work with various commercial tools
  • Project management capabilities (a plus)
  • Team-player attitude and supportive mindset
  • Open, approachable, and flexible personality to assist and guide sales colleagues
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
