Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES

  • Contribute to the design of our internal platforms using Salesforce lighning design systems (SLDS)
  • Participates in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to continued iteration
  • Collaborates with technology, product and business teams for feature definition
  • Facilitate design-led workshops with product/scrum teams to develop user-centric solutions for product features
  • Deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative agile scrum environment
  • Practices holistic experience design
  • Conducts basic user testing on prototypes with real users
  • Collaborate with User Researchers for more complex user testing and research
  • Gather a deep understanding of product business requirements and technical limitations
  • Advocates and evangelizes user centered UX process and practices
  • Understanding of the business and customer behavior
  • Process flow and journey map creation
  • Present prototypes to stakeholders and effectively articulate design decisions
  • Uses a variety of metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience
  • Implement and contribute to the GMF and Salesforce design system to ensure UI and brand consistency and development
  • Create interactive prototypes, wireframes and mockups including page layout and navigational elements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
