We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to lead the definition and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to shape requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in Salesforce solution delivery, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging technologies like Health Cloud and AI integrations. You will actively guide solution adoption, streamline processes, and mentor team members in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet both business objectives and user needs. Accountabilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness. Develop user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings with clients and internal teams. Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business needs and user adoption goals. Collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery leads to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies. Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through delivery, including SOW-driven projects. Mentor junior BAs and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. 8+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, with 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Proven experience in consulting environments and SOW-based engagements. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Health Cloud or healthcare domains preferred. Ability to independently produce BRDs, FRDs, process maps, UML diagrams, and user stories. Excellent facilitation, UI/UX awareness, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, or Cloud Consultant) preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
