Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless connectivity across all digital tools used by sales representatives Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparency on product priorities, timelines, and releases Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions Work with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of new features, integrations, and enhancements Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management for end users Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally with Salesforce as a primary platform Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Strong understanding of CRM processes and the Salesforce ecosystem Analytical and data-driven mindset 5 or more years' experience in a Salesforce-focused role Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification Experience building agentic solutions within Salesforce or other platforms Comfortable balancing short-term deliverables with long-term platform vision Requisition ID: 617210 Minimum Salary: $99100 Maximum Salary: $188300 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
