About the role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Production Support Lead to manage Level 2 and Level 3 support for multiple Salesforce instances. This role ensures timely resolution of production support tickets in adherence to SLAs and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to maintain system stability and performance. In this role, you will: - Manage and resolve L2/L3 production support tickets for Salesforce instances within SLA timelines. - Perform production checkouts and ensure smooth system operations. - Provide on-call and weekend support as part of a 24x7 support model. - Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. What you need to have to be considered Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Prior experience with Salesforce integrations. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. Ability to create reports and dashboards for business stakeholders. The annual salary for this position is between $108,500 – $127,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
