We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT program management, including 5–8 years specifically leading Salesforce-centric transformation programs. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations and delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years in IT program/project management, with a strong enterprise delivery track record.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce programs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom Force.com solutions).
  • Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives and large-scale CRM deployments.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, SDLC, integration patterns, and third-party ecosystem tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional PM methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, PMP, Scrum Master) a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership:
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs from planning through execution, across multiple workstreams.
  • Define and manage program vision, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, business sponsors, and functional leads.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Governance & Risk Management:
  • Establish program governance models, reporting frameworks, and change control mechanisms.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and inter-program impacts proactively.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including internal Salesforce teams, vendors, and systems integrators.
  • Provide mentorship to project managers, business analysts, and technical leads.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight:
  • Manage multimillion-dollar budgets with responsibility for resource planning, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Delivery Excellence:
  • Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid project methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive user adoption, training, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
