Description

Salesforce Project Manager
We’re one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, working both privately and in partnership with the NHS to support people and families facing emotional and psychological difficulties. Demand for mental health support has never been higher and we’re scaling fast to meet it. As we grow, we’re building a brilliant, data driven, passionate team to help us deliver high-quality care to even more patients. Come and join us! We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with a strong Salesforce background to join our Platform team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple high-impact projects while maintaining business-as-usual operations. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, manage risks and impacts, and provide post-go-live support (hypercare).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Salesforce-related projects across the platform team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during project execution.
  • Provide structured hypercare support post go-live to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement and agile delivery practices within the squad.
  • Balance strategic initiatives with operational priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 35 years of project management experience, ideally within Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering high-impact projects while maintaining BAU.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.
