YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Perform scoping and requirement management activities, including backlog refinement, story definition and management within Hybrid delivery environment
• Manage and engage with Senior Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, SME’s, IT Ops, service providers

KEY DUTIES

As a Project Manager this role will see you working on a wide range of assignments including bids, Greenfield projects, enhancement and medium to large scale transformation projects.

• Develop relationships and processes to enable effective working relationships between clients Technology and Business teams
• Understands the Cloud Computing market
• Provides mentoring, guidance and general care to project team members
• Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects
• Play a key role in managing the account management / client relationship
• Interacts with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects
• Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work
• Adhere to and adopt standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects
• Project Management– Demonstrated ability to effectively drive positive change through holding others accountable for execution and results in a collaborative environment
• Customer Satisfaction– Strive to achieve a referenceable result from each project

YOU’LL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior business unit management, business partners, project sponsors and customers globally, communicate effectively with business and development teams, end users, and product owners
• Experienced in Hybrid delivery methodologies, Agile and Waterfall as a Project Manager
• Minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in project management, specifically with experience in CRM systems implementation, ideally Salesforce
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• JIRA and Confluence experience preferred
• Estimation/sizing, SOW/Change Order contracting experience preferred
