Description

Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications to validate functionality, performance, and user experience. Conduct REST API testing using tools such as Postman, ensuring accurate data exchange and integration flows. Execute load and performance testing for REST APIs to assess scalability and responsiveness using JMeter. Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and Agile user stories. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with sprint goals. Utilize Selenium WebDriver and related tools to build and maintain robust automation test suites. Document and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, and ensure timely resolution. Generate and communicate clear and accurate test metrics and project status reports. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. ________________________________________ Experience in manual and automation testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. Proficiency in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, and Service Cloud features.
